Seller and order

The seller is GirlsCodeToo in Switzerland; its verified legal name, postal address and contact details must be inserted before approval. Product descriptions, availability and the total shown at Stripe checkout form part of the order information.

An order is accepted only after payment confirmation and an electronic confirmation. GirlsCodeToo may cancel and refund an order when a product is unavailable, a price is clearly erroneous or fraud controls require cancellation.

Prices, taxes and support items

Prices are based in Swiss francs. Local-currency figures shown before checkout are estimates; Stripe displays the definitive charged currency and amount. VAT, sales taxes or duties are collected only where the configured checkout and registrations require them.

Where taxes, customs charges or import duties are not collected at checkout, the recipient may need to pay them. This draft makes no claim that GirlsCodeToo uses OSS, IOSS or duty-paid delivery until launch readiness records the relevant configuration.

A virtual high-five or an item gifted to a girl is a support-only purchase. It receives a normal payment receipt and does not promise a tax-deductible donation or charitable certificate.

Accounts, fulfilment and law

Customers use passwordless email codes and are responsible for access to their email account. Stocked items may be handled by GirlsCodeToo, while T-shirts and pullovers may be produced and shipped by Printify.

Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. These draft terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be limited, and the governing-law and dispute wording must be reviewed for sales into Switzerland and the European Union before approval.
