Delivery area and estimates
The intended launch area is Switzerland and supported European Union countries. Checkout availability, address validation and the displayed shipping option determine whether a particular address can be served.
Delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees. Production time, carrier networks, public holidays, customs controls and remote destinations can change the arrival date.
Split parcels and origins
A single order may arrive in separate parcels because stocked goods are dispatched by GirlsCodeToo while Printify produces and dispatches made-to-order T-shirts or pullovers from a different fulfilment origin.
Tracking is shown when the relevant carrier supplies it. Support-only purchases require no delivery, and a gifted imagi keychain may be sent to the programme recipient rather than the purchaser.
Customs, VAT and delivery problems
The checkout shows taxes and shipping charges that are actually configured. Customs duties, import VAT or handling fees not collected at checkout may remain payable by the recipient before a parcel is released.
