Returns and refunds

Version 1 · DRAFT

Consumer rights

Swiss law does not provide a general statutory withdrawal right for ordinary online purchases. Any voluntary Swiss return right must be stated here before approval and does not reduce rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Eligible European Union consumers generally have a fourteen-day withdrawal right for distance contracts and at least a two-year legal guarantee for faulty goods. Mandatory rights and statutory exceptions apply according to the destination and circumstances.

Made-to-order and support limitations

Printify T-shirts and pullovers are made after ordering. A statutory exception for genuinely personalised goods may apply only when its legal conditions are met; ordinary made-to-order production is not automatically described as personalised in this draft.

A completed virtual high-five or delivered support-only benefit may not be returnable once fully performed with the customer’s legally valid agreement, but this wording requires administrator review and never overrides mandatory cancellation rights.

Damage, return process and refunds

For a damaged, defective or incorrect product, customers should contact GirlsCodeToo with the order number and reasonable evidence. The available remedy may be repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation or refund as required by applicable law.

No item should be returned before receiving instructions and a return address. Approved refunds use the original Stripe payment method where possible; bank and card processing times are outside GirlsCodeToo’s control.
